Our family of 16 did an all access private tour with Annegelica. Although she was only 7 at the time, she had stories and lots of knowledge of the event. The museum was crowded and going with 6 children was not an easy task the group still enjoyed. The highlight was the sky tower, we went at dusk and saw it in the light and in the night. What a beautiful city.
Very heavy topic, however tour was interesting and informative. Angelika did a great job with the tour, she was knowledgeable, very personable and kind. Thank you!
Ray was our guide he was very knowledgeable and engaging throughout the tour bringing direct personal stories of his experience of that sad day
Daniel M. was awesome. Very kind. It was very touching to hear from his personal experience that day. He was funny when it was appropriate and somber when needed. Emotional doesn't even describe the memorial and museum. What a tragic day. In my opinion I think NY did a good job in remembering those who lost their lives that day. Never forget. A day etched in my brain and my heart.
Our tour guide Richard, was a wonderful guide! He was very knowledgeable, personable and genuine. It was a pleasure to be shown around by Richard and experience Ground Zero, from a New Yorkers perspective.
Daniel M....What can I say. This guy new his stuff. From sharing his personal experiences of 911 and knowledge of New York City. My family and myself enjoyed experiencing the memorial with him. Definitely if you go on this tour recommend having him as your guide.
Thanks from Texas and Illinois
I recently had the opportunity to join the 9/11 Ground Zero Tour with Helene, and I left the experience feeling deeply moved and inspired. Helene's unique blend of humor and profound knowledge made the tour an unforgettable and enlightening journey.
From the moment we met Helene, her warm and welcoming demeanor put us at ease. She effortlessly guided us through the solemn grounds of Ground Zero, sharing her extensive knowledge about the history and significance of the site. Her ability to weave personal stories into the tour made every step of the journey resonate on a deeper level.
Helene's gift for storytelling became apparent as she brought the history to life, making the tour both educational and engaging. Her ability to convey the magnitude of the tragic event with sensitivity and empathy was truly commendable. The tour was not only a lesson in history but also a reminder of the strength and resilience of the human spirit.
What struck me the most during the tour was learning about the intentionality behind the World Trade Center renovations. Helene's insights into the design choices and the symbolism embedded in the architecture were truly inspiring. It was evident that every detail was carefully thought out to honor the victims and create a space for healing and remembrance.
I left the tour with a renewed appreciation for the significance of Ground Zero and the events that unfolded on that fateful day. Helene's passion for this subject matter was evident throughout the tour, and she made sure that every participant had a meaningful and impactful experience.
In conclusion, the 9/11 Ground Zero Tour with Helene was an exceptional and eye-opening experience. Her combination of humor, knowledge, and heartfelt storytelling made the journey unforgettable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone seeking to learn about the history, reflect on the past, and be inspired by the resilience of humanity.
Anngelica, gave our small group a great tour that was a very memorable despite a rainy day. Alongside sharing the cities story, she shared her personal stories of the tragedy. During our tour we were lucky enough to be there during the firemen run honoring the lives of the firemen lost that day. This experience had the whole group very emotional and felt very special to be apart of.
